Ciprian is the managing partner of LEGAL NEEDS.
Ciprian graduated the Law School of the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca and holds a Master’s degree in law. He is a qualified lawyer, member of the Bucharest Bar.
His main areas of practice are corporate and M&A, venture capital, insurance and commercial law.
A lawyer with a pragmatic approach, Ciprian advised local and international clients from technology, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, financial, energy, agribusiness, healthcare, and other sectors on various regulatory, commercial, corporate, transactional, and restructuring matters. Ciprian also provided transactional assistance to venture capital funds, crowdfunding platforms and start-ups.

Advised a multinational accounting, tax, HR, and payroll services provider, in relation to the sale of its subsidiary to one of the leading software development companies in the region
Advised a Dutch VC fund in relation to its investments in various technology start-ups incorporated in Romania
Advised the world’s largest producer of bricks and number one on the clay roof tile market in relation to the acquisition of a leading Romanian clay roof tile manufacturer
